How to integrate your GetQuanty data into Hubspot
This procedure allows you to transfer all identified data (companies, contacts) from your GetQuanty space within your Hubspot CRM. The mass integration programming of your GetQuanty data in your Hubspot CRM will always have to be from a persona.
1. Connect your GetQuanty space to your Hubspot CRM
Log in to your Hubspot space with your login & password.
Go to your Hubspot profile and preferences to see if you have a "Super Admin" access.
In a new tab of your browser, login to your GetQuanty space with your login and password.
Go to your profile at the top right corner, click on Administration, go to the Integrations tab and click on the "connect to Hubspot" button.
A new tab opens where you are asked "to grant access" to connect your Hubspot to the GetQuanty app. Click on the "Grant access" button.
2. Check the correct connection between GetQuanty & Hubspot
In the Integration tab of your GetQuanty profile, you will see Hubspot "connected".
Before implementing the bulk integration of your GetQuanty data into your Hubspot, we
invite to test the integration of a company identified on GetQuanty and non existing in your CRM.
Go to the Identified Companies tab, select the company you want to export within your Hubspot CRM, select Hubspot from the drop-down list and click on the "Start synchronization" icon.
Then go to your Hubspot CRM, in the "Companies" tab, you should find the exported company:
NB: If the company is not integrated into your Hubspot, wait a few seconds and refresh
your page! If the company is still not integrated after several updates, please
indicate it to our support team at the following address: support@getquanty.com
3. Bulk integration of your GetQuanty Data into Hubspot
The bulk integration programming of your GetQuanty data in your Hubspot CRM is
realizes from a persona.
Once the filter criteria has been added to your persona, just click on the
"Add an action" button.
Follow the following actions:
1- Define the name of the export
2- Select the "Export" tab
3- Choose from the drop-down list the type of data you want to export:
3.a. Fields related to identified companies
3.b. Fields related to visits (currently unavailable)
3c identified through your emailing campaigns
3.d Fields related to purchased contacts
3.e. identified companies
In summary :
• 3-a) Exporting "Companies" information in the "Company" tab of your Hubspot CRM
• 3-c-d-e) Exporting "Contacts" information in the "Contact" tab of your Hubspot CRM
NB: As soon as you export your GetQuanty data to your Hubspot CRM, you will find in each
company and contact sheets, the "standard" GetQuanty fields.
